Front Office Management
Students will be given knowledge, skills, and practical experience related with room operations in Hotel, including VHP System and subjects like relation and management. Sections included in this course are: Front Office Agent, Reservation, and Online Travel Agent.
This course is designed for:
- Developing professional and competent communication skills for the Hotel environment.
- Developing skills in handling reservations, check-ins, and check-outs for guests.
- Developing students’ know-how of Hotel management system.
- Developing problem-skill abilities to handle guests’ needs and/or complaints.
- Developing the ability to safeguard Hotel’s image through quality, friendly, and efficient services to guests.

F&B Services Management
Students will be given knowledge related to how to service food and beverage in Hotels, restaurants, cafes, or other venues requiring this service, with the focus on how to create a positive experience for guests. Sections included in this course are: Waiter/Waitress and Banquet.
This course is designed for:
- Developing the skills required to provide a professional, courteous, and efficient services.
- Developing the knowledge of various types of food and drinks.
- Developing the skills to handle guests and to communicate well.
- Developing the knowledge related to hygiene and safety standards in F&B Service.

FB Product Management
Students will be given knowledge and skills related to the making and serving of food & beverage in the Hotel, restaurant, or other dining-related services. This course focuses on the process of food production, beginning with ingredients preparation to serving high quality products in-line with the industry’s standards. Sections included in this course are: Hot Kitchen, Cold Kitchen, and Pastry.
This course is designed for:
- Developing the skills to cook with both modern and traditional culinary techniques.
- Developing the skills to safeguard hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
- Developing creative abilities to create attractive Food & Beverage products and the skills to recognize market trends.
- Developing the ability to properly conduct kitchen management as well as how to handle ingredients.
- Developing full understanding about teamwork in a professional kitchen setting.

Housekeeping Management
Students will be given the ability to understand and master all Housekeeping-related tasks, including how to be responsible for the cleanliness, comfort, and the overall aesthetic of not only guest rooms but also the public areas of the Hotel. Sections included in this course are: Public Area, Room Attendant, Laundry
This course is designed for:
- Developing the ability to safeguard the cleanliness of guest rooms and Hotel facilities in accordance to the expected standards.
- Developing an efficient and professional Housekeeping techniques and procedures.
- Developing the understanding on how to use tools, cleaning utensils, and all Housekeeping-related technologies.
- Developing the skills to maintain time management and work efficiency.
- Developing the skills to handle guests’ requests and to provide them with the best service possible.

Arts & Humanities
Students will be given the skills and knowledge in how to manage financials in the Hotel industry, giving them the ability to handle very vital roles in handling income, expenses, and all financial-related issues related to the smoothness of daily Hotel operations.
Sections included in this course are: Basic ccounting (income audit, account receivable, account payable, store, etc)

- Developing the understanding and skills required for students to properly manage accounting and its various sections in the Hotel industry.
